Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and RBL Industries LLC ("RBL Industries", "we", "us"), the operator of commoditydealer.shop (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Site only with a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Reviews and opinions
Reviews, ratings, and videos reflect our own testing and honest opinion at the time they were made. Your experience may differ. Nothing on the Site is professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Always read the retailer's listing, the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and recall notices before you buy or use a product.
3. Affiliate links and purchases
We do not sell products. Purchases happen on Amazon, Walmart, or other retailers under their terms, and the retailer is responsible for the product, shipping, returns, and warranty. Product links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.
4. Prices and availability
Prices, discounts, and availability come from the retailer and can change at any time. Any price shown on the Site is accurate as of the time stated and may not be current. The price on the retailer's site at checkout is the one that applies.
5. Brand services
Paid video projects are governed by the written quote, invoice, and usage rights summary agreed for that project. Prices and descriptions on the Site are information, not a binding offer, until both sides confirm in writing. Usage rights granted for a video begin when the invoice is paid in full.
6. Our content and your license to use it
The Site's text, design, logos, graphics, and videos belong to RBL Industries LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Product names, logos, and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law using the Site; send spam, malware, or abusive messages; scrape or copy the Site in a way that burdens it; try to gain unauthorized access to any system; get around security features; or use the Site to infringe anyone's rights.
8. What you send us
Do not send confidential information through the Site or by email unless we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Third-party sites
The Site links to sites and services we do not control, including retailers and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and their terms govern your use of them.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include: your contact information; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond to valid notices and remove infringing material.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any product will meet your needs.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RBL Industries LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of any product or service linked from it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless RBL Industries LLC from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to email us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. General
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site means you accept the update. We may suspend access to the Site at any time. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale of the business. These terms, together with the privacy policy and affiliate disclosure, are the entire agreement about the Site.
